What products do you offer?
Venla’s specializes in buttercream celebration cakes. Our aesthetic leans retro + campy! We offer classic cakes, but also vegan, gluten-free and vegan/gluten-free.
We do not make cupcakes. We also do not make extra cakes ready for sale each day, but you can order one here on the website.
Where are you located?
We are located at 10023 Joseph Campau, Hamtramck 48212. As a By-Appointment shop, the storefront is not open unless you are picking up a cake - so please don’t visit unannounced. Street parking on Joseph Campau is free!
How do I place an order?
All celebration cake orders are placed right here on the website, via our MENU page. We need four days notice to accept an order. We do not accept order inquiries through Instagram DM.
When booking via our cake menu, be sure to choose a pickup window before selecting your cake!
How far in advance should I place an order?
4 days notice is the booking minimum! We recommend booking as soon as possible. All available dates are listed on the site. If a date is not listed, it is not available. No exceptions, sorry!
Do you deliver?
Delivery for standard celebration cakes is not offered. Wedding cake delivery is available up to 30 miles surrounding Detroit, per a mileage-based fee.
What if you don’t offer the design I want?
When it comes to standard celebration cakes, please order within the parameters of the website. If it’s not available for selection, we do not offer it. We cannot accommodate special flavor requests. We also do not offer cakes including characters, logos, etc.
How does payment work?
Payment options are provided at checkout. Please review your order carefully, including the chosen pickup date.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, we do not issue refunds. If you need to message us regarding a question about your order, do so before purchasing a cake on the website.
